Grant Writing & Project Management for Huntington County Literacy Coalition

I worked with the Huntington County Literacy Coalition to secure grant funding for a website development project, successfully obtaining the necessary resources to support their digital project. I managed the grant writing process, crafting a compelling proposal that aligned with the organizations mission and funding requirements. Additionally, I collocated with vendors to obtain statements of work, negotiated terms, and coordinated agreements with the team to ensure alignment and project success. This initiative strengthened the coalitions outreach efforts and expanded their ability to serve the community through an enhanced online platform.
